The products that the Customer can supply with are: IT documents, software, Website and all IT thing. The tools used for the information transformation are agreed with the Customer.

*PROJECT MANAGEMENT which has as object the management and project pursuit activity defined by Uma Innovation, oriented to the target of the linguistic transformation according to the Customers needs or to the resources needs which are put at disposal by the Customer or not, from the location of the techniques which are useful to reach the target to the help we give to our Customers to find solutions for their Customers. An example of this Service is the organization of Trade Fairs in countries where there is an emerging market or the search of partners with specific target.

*OUTSOURCING which has as object the consulting activity of Uma Innovation and the periodic opportunity of employing qualified person to do business abroad: it foresees a continuous exchange of information by the Customer and any informative, technical and logistic support where needed.

*SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATION which has as object the activity of Uma Innovation concerning the support according to the development of the technical-linguistic activities for the Customer. The support can be defined as an aid to solve a linguistic problem or other means which don't need the direct intervention by Uma Innovation at Third Parties. An example is the hotel booking in foreign countries.
